We will consider but cannot guarantee the use of submitted artwork that is similar to the copyrighted or trademarked design you want. Our graphic artists may be able to help you create a design that works for you. Additional art fees may apply 

If it is only text please submit the desired text you wish to have engraved.  

If it is artwork Please email us with your order number to ken@cremationcreations.net with a PNG or DFX file.  If artwork needs to be done please let us know and will be subject to an artwork fee. 

the average turn around time is 3 to 5 business days before the items are mailed.  shipping also may depend on qty ordered.  every piece is hand made and inspected as its made for quality control.
