Also, the grain patterning can be quite striking zebra-like contrasts, and bold figuring, Bocote can be a very eye-catching wood is prized all around the world for its appearance and durabiltiy amongst woodworkers.  This ring core  has an inside comfort fit radiused interior profile for comfort.  Custom made center channel groove is perfect for adding your own inlay material like crushed opal 8mm wide ring = 4mm wide inlay
